Meeting Conducted By: Jon Zeiller, Phil Priebel, and Dennis Tutt

Location: Veterans Building, Fiddlers Grove

Number in Attendance: 7    Visitors: 0

Note: Typically the club has its full membership meeting on the second Saturday of the month. Since the entire Fiddlers Grove area was rented out on October 9th, it was necessary for us to move the meeting to the Veterans Building on October 23rd. We will resume our second Saturday meetings in the Town Hall again next month.

Old Business:

On October 2nd, three members and a spouse (Rich, Clark, Gene and his wife Linda) represented the club at the "Fall Celebration" event in Granville, TN. The weather was very pleasant and the event was well attended by the public. The Granville Museum/Historic Association donated $75 to the club for being there.

On October 16 -17; Matt, Butch, Jon, and Rich represented the club at the Wilson County Bank Oktoberfest. The weather for this event was great and it was well attended by the public. We were told that over 800 antique cars were at the antique car show on the 17th. A special thanks to Matt for bringing the tents and tables and setting everything up for us. Typically the club receives an honorarium for attending so Patricia, our treasurer, will check with the Wilson County Bank coordinator to determine if an honorarium will be given this year since we didn't receive anything when we were there.

New Business:

Phil lead a discussion regarding the club's holiday party. Because of COVID concerns last year, the party was cancelled but it was decided to have one this year. Here are the tentative details:
